I recently used the services of SpotWash, and I was extremely impressed with the quality, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the entire experience. Finding a company that consistently delivers excellent cleaning results can be challenging, but SpotWash exceeded my expectations from start to finish. From the initial booking process, everything was simple and convenient. The team was responsive, courteous, and willing to answer any questions I had. They provided clear information about the services offered and made scheduling an appointment quick and hassle-free. Right away, I felt confident that I was working with a business that values customer satisfaction. When the team arrived, they were punctual, professional, and well-prepared. They took the time to assess the areas that needed attention and explained what they would be doing before getting started. Their friendly attitude and willingness to listen to my concerns made the experience even better. It was obvious that they genuinely cared about delivering high-quality results. The cleaning itself was outstanding. The level of detail and care that went into the work was immediately noticeable. Areas that had ac

I have sampled various detail shops that charge $400 or more for their full detail services. Yet, for around $100, Spotwash's maintenance wash delivered results almost on par with those expensive options, offering outstanding value for a fraction of the cost. Along with my wash, I opted to include a headlight restoration service and was amazed by the before and after pictures. Previous detail shops had attempted to restore them without success. The convenience of Spotwash coming to me while I work and achieving such impressive results is truly remarkable.

Was hesitant based on reviews, but glad i booked it. Got interior/exterior/ceramic. Cars as clean as when I first got it 6 years ago. Even crazier thing is I’ve had bugs on my front bumper for years, never been removed from previous cleans but now there’s not even 1 bug mark remaining. Will be getting all my cars cleaned via spot wash from now. Done in baltimore, not sure if different cities have different washes but if ur in bmore def give them a shot! Edited: down to 3, got a wash/ceramic coat done on a 3 month old car that started cleaner and ended up dirtier than my original wash on a 6 year old car. Quality isn’t really consistent among washes, don’t think i would order this again. However they did come back the next day to fix the half completed wash, but still nothing to the level of the initial wash i had on my 6 year old car.

I ordered an interior and exterior wash. They cancelled because my car needs water and they don't use water.... How do you have a car wash service that doesn't use water? Then the tech never bothered to get my key out of the lockbox that spotwash provides to complete the interior cleaning, they just lied and said the key wasn't there when it absolutely was. No one bothered to call. I'm very dissatisfied and would not suggest this service to anyone.

I live in a condo complex in DC and this company offers a mobile car wash service. They offer a 4 hour window for your car to be serviced at your residence. I came back to my car being exceptionally squeaky clean inside and out. It’s exactly what my car needed and at the comfort of my own home and schedule! What a great idea and service!
